Endi Studio's Shipping: Orders sent out directly from our studio, using carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Sendle based on shipment needs.
Production Partner Shipping: Products are shipped directly to customers by our production partners using their carriers.
Shipping options are provided by our chosen carriers.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipments to other locations are not available at this time.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in the order. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.
Delivery Times: Shipping times can vary based on the chosen method:
Endi Studio's Shipping: Approximately 5-7 business days.
Production Partner Shipping: Approximately 5-7 business days.
In rare cases, delays may occur. We will promptly notify you if any processing delays arise.
Order Tracking: Customers can track their orders if the selected shipping method includes a tracking number. Tracking information will be provided accordingly.
Handling Time: The handling time for orders depends on the shipping method and will be communicated to you during the checkout process.
Shipping Partners: Our production partners create products specifically for you and ship them directly to your designated address once the items are complete.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to locations outside of Canada and the United States at this time.
Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
